Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Lima-Lillah Tech Nig. Limited, we are committed to providing quality laptops, mobile phones, and accessories that have been professionally inspected and tested. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged during delivery, or significantly different from the product ordered.

  • The item is returned with all original accessories, packaging, manuals, and any included items.

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase.

Products must not have been intentionally damaged, modified, mishandled, or subjected to liquid damage or accidental impact after delivery.


2. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect product selection, or personal preference after delivery.

We encourage customers to review product specifications carefully or contact our sales team before placing an order.


3. Refurbished and Pre-Owned Laptops

Most laptops sold by Lima-Lillah Tech are professionally tested pre-owned or refurbished devices unless clearly stated as brand new.

Each laptop undergoes inspection for:

  • General performance

  • Battery condition

  • Keyboard

  • Display

  • Speakers

  • Webcam

  • Charging system

  • Storage health

  • Ports and connectivity

Minor cosmetic signs of previous use that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.


4. Brand New Products

Brand new products may be returned only if:

  • They arrive damaged,

  • They have a verified manufacturing defect, or

  • An incorrect item was supplied.

Items damaged after delivery or through misuse are not eligible for return.


5. Accessories

Accessories such as chargers, earphones, adapters, batteries, storage devices, and similar items may only be returned if they are defective upon delivery or supplied incorrectly.


6. Exchanges

Where applicable, we may replace a defective product with the same model or an equivalent product, subject to stock availability.

If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit, or

  • A refund where appropriate.


7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or via bank transfer within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Refunds are issued only after our technical team confirms that the product qualifies under this policy.


8. Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Deliveries

If you receive:

  • the wrong product,

  • a damaged product, or

  • a product with a verified fault,

please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Supporting photos or videos may be requested to help us assess the issue.

For verified cases where the error is ours, Lima-Lillah Tech will arrange the return and cover the applicable return shipping costs.


9. Return Shipping

Where the return results from our error or a verified product defect, return shipping costs will be covered by Lima-Lillah Tech.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy will apply.
