1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 36 states in Nigeria, including Abuja (FCT).
For special deliveries outside Nigeria, contact us directly for feasibility and charges.
2. Delivery Methods
We partner with trusted logistics companies such as:
-GIG Logistics
-Secured Inter-State Bus Terminal
-DHL (for special deliveries)
-Local dispatch riders for Ibadan, Lagos and Ilorin.
3. Delivery Timeframe
-Ibadan Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 4 PM are delivered same day.
-South-Western States: 1–3 working days
-Other Nigerian States: 3–5 working days (depending on location and courier speed)
Note: Delivery timelines begin after payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders).
4. Shipping Fees
-Within Ibadan: ₦0 – ₦3,000 (depending on location)
-Other Cities/States: Varies based on courier and item weight/size.
-Cash-on-Delivery (COD): Available Nationwide at a varying rates.

5. Order Processing
-Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
-Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
6. Tracking & Updates
-A tracking number will be provided once the item is shipped (where applicable).
-Customers will receive WhatsApp or email updates on their order status.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged:
-Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
-We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
